Upgrading video card on Dell Inspiron 530?

I'm going to upgrade the video card on my Dell Inspiron 530 and was looking at the Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS. It says that minimum requirements was that it has to be a 300w power supply or better. I believe my computer has that much and was wondering if my computer would run fine with 300w and a Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS.

One last question, Is it easy to install a video card? I've installed RAM before, but not sure about the video cards.|||Do not guess it, open the case and read the sticker in the power suply, they say there what waths it is.

You know most PC builders they only included cheap parts, to make accesible for customers, but after we keep adding new things, the power suply may work but eventualy will burn out, power suply are cheap, instaled a video card it is the same to install ram, the only diference it is,keep you old card in and conected, then when windows detect the new card, run they setup so they drivers are instaled, when done, shutdown yuor PC, then conect the monitor to the new card, if you have un old integrated video card, when you boot to your machine, enter in the bios and disable.
