Upgrading video card on computer?

Me and my girlfriend are trying to upgrade the video card for our desktop. We are trying to play World of Warcraft and the new Sims 3 and the Intel Media Graphics Accelerator that came on the computer is having a hard time keeping up. So was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what we should be looking for.

We are using the following computer right now:

HP Pavilion a6554f PC

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600

5GB Ram

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100

Window Vista Home Premium.

Thanks for any help anyone can give us.|||It just depends on your power supply and budget!!!

That's my channel, msg me if u need more help. Good luck!|||You have 2 options, go with a good card and a PSU, like I listed below.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as… 5830 $110

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as… PSU $50

Or you can opt for the strongest card you can get that doesn't really need a PSU upgrade...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as… 550 Ti

The 550 Ti requires a 6pin PCIEx16 power connector, but the card comes with a Pigtail that you can use 2 4pin molex connectors. It is a very powerful card for not having to upgrade the PSU and still have good frame rates in medium resolution...
