Feasibility of upgrading video card in my older pc, it is a HP pavillion 325C with 1 G of ram,?

I have a HP Pavillion 325C, with 1G of ram, I know this is an old computer, 2003 or so, but recently installed windows 7 on it, the os works find but I know that the graphics capabilities are limited, on some games on facebook, it seems to be slower then it used to be and kind of jumpy, and certain options involving screen savers, and desktop settings it bogs down the system to a craw, and hve to do a system restore to resolve, Is it feasible to upgrade to a different graphics card? If so, what would I be looking for?|||Sure it's feasible also I would upgrade the ram to 2gb. You will need an AGP video card here.

Have fun|||you would be looking for an AGP video card, also i would scan it at crucial.com and consider RAM also, when you install a stand alone card you will get back whatever RAM was used by the integrated GPU.
