Upgrading Video Card for Dell Dimension E310?

I bought my E310 in 2006 and I'm trying to upgrade the video card. I've done some searches online and many people say that upgraded video cards aren't available for my model. Is this true? If not, can someone please suggest some quality video cards for under $75?
