Upgrading video card driver problem help?

So i posted a question before why my video card was lagging so i am going to ask another questions: I am trying to upgrade the driver using the driver downloaded from the ATI website. When i try to install it, it says : cannot find a setup suitable for your OS. I am using a window xp profession 32bit and i downloaded my driver from the xp/professional section. so what's the problem? my graphic card is ATI RADEON HD 3650|||Hotfix for “No compatible hardware found” error when installing Catalyst drivers for ATI Radeon HD 4000, ATI Radeon HD 3000 AGP products.

Ignore the ms installer found new hardware.



download from this link but choose driver only -then second one on the list.
