For a new video card what requirements do you need? I want to get a radeon HD 6570 but im not sure if my processor can handle it or if my motherboard can support it. Im confused. I have a terrible proccesor AMD Athlon Dual Core processor 4050e 2.1GHZ, 3gb ram and a Geforce ^150SE nForce 430 425MHZ. Can my computer support a new video card? I am a casual gamer so I want a pc that can runs games at low quality with 30fps. I have a 360 so i dont really need 1080p maxed out games.|||If the post the other guy wrote is too long(i didn't even bother reading it) ill try to say it in simpler terms thats shorter.
Depending on your motherboard you most likly have a pcie slot which houses most(pretty much every) video card. The videocard is more important now a days compared to the cpu. If you want a nice cheap videocard i recommend the GTX 250. To upgrade the videocard, its simple remove your current videocard if you have one and put in the new one on the slot that matches it.
