will this work for my computer?|||Yes, It will work just fine. The Dimension 8400 takes PCI Express and you must know this since you selected a PCI Express card. The card should do well. Maybe you should think about investing in some RAM as well. Unless you already have 512 isn't much if your gaming. Go for 1GB for smoother loading times.
