Upgrading Video card?

Hi, I am planning to upgrade to a better video card. Here are my pc specs.: Intel Core 2 duo cpu e7400, nvidia geforce 9800 gt, 400w power sup, gigabyte. EP43-UD3L motherboard, and win7 premium 64bit.

What I'm looking for is the best video card under these conditions; video card that will run smoothly with my pc specs (wattage, etc), costs under 200$, and will last a decent amount of time.

P.S I'm not planning on overclocking the video card, I'm not tech savvy so I stay away from those types of things just to make sure I don't mess anything up.

Anyway, thanks in advance.|||The best available graphic cards for under $200:

1- EVGA 768-P3-1360-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB 192-bit GDDR5 = $170

You are at a point where a new computer is almost better than trying to make this upgrade.|||400w psu. Since your 9800gt is working on it and draws 105W. Something in the same wattage would suffice. That 5830 mentioned above is a power hog 180w, it might be to much for your psu.

5770, 108w power draw.

The e7400 only draws 65w, so you do have some spare room. You MIGHT be able to squeak in a GTX 460 768mb video card. It requires 2 x 6 pin pci-e connectors. You could use a molex to 6 pin adapter for one of them.
